Stewed Hashima with Bird's Nest

1. Wash the bird's nest and snow clams and put them in a white bowl to soak for one day.

2. Soak the bird's nest for about 10 minutes to soften and tear it into thin strips. You will see small miscellaneous hairs after picking it out with tweezers, washing it, and soaking it in clean water.

3. After half-soaking the snow clams, pick out the black strands, wash them and soak them in clean water.

4. After a day of soaking the snow clams, remove them and put them into the stewing pot. The bird’s nest can be poured into the stewing pot together with the soaked water and steamed for 30 minutes.

5. Add rock sugar powder and wolfberry.

6. Pretend to be warm and take it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening for best absorption.
