Stewed Hashima with Chinese Wolfberry and Red Dates
1.
If you choose the Northeast Hashima, it is best to buy the whole one and grill it yourself. The bulk may be adulterated.
2.
Split the two legs, remove the membrane and black particles on the belly, and the remaining stuff in the lower left corner is what we want to use. This snow clam is 10g, and the oil output is enough for two people.
3.
I used it with water for a whole night, and it was a little black after it came out. You can pick it out slowly with a toothpick. Some people can cut some ginger slices for soaking if they are afraid of fishy. I didn't use ginger slices, but used hot water three times after soaking. Add ginger slices when stewing, depending on personal circumstances.

5.
Add a bottle of pure milk, ingredients, and simmer in water for 30 minutes.

Tips:
When soaking the hair, you can change the water once and use a toothpick to pick out the remaining black stuff. Add milk and ginger flakes to get rid of fishy.
