I didn’t use the usual papaya to match the snow clams. Looking at the small pumpkins at home, I thought I could try another way, and there is today’s "Gourd Stewed Snow clams". In fact, the content is the same, but it’s changed. Friends who grow "containers" and are used to eating papaya stewed snow clams, don't they want to change their taste like this?

Ingredients
