Ingredients

Stewed Hashima with Papaya

1. Hashima line oil for two people, about 5g, soak in purified water or boiled filtered water

2. Soaking for four hours

3. Soaked in the refrigerator for about 20 hours

4. Put a papaya, peeled, scraped the seeds, cut into small pieces, and soaked snow clams in the stewing pot, and put it just over the water volume of the snow clam papaya unit. Because my snow clams don't have a fishy smell, so there is no ginger in the soaking and stewing. It depends on your own taste. Because I bought this papaya which is relatively sweet, I didn't put any rock sugar in it. It depends on my personal taste.

5. Stew in the stew pot for 1 hour, it’s ok

6. Put in 200ml pure milk

7. Okay, the amount of three bowls is super delicious

Tips:

After the soaking is done, it is more convenient to stew in the electric stew pot directly, and it is ok to stew over an open flame.
