Years later, a friend from Inner Mongolia came to Beijing to play and brought half a lamb to my home. It is said that the lamb there is not mutated, and the stew is no problem. 2. Soak the lamb in clean water for 1 hour, changing the water several times in between

3. Clean the soaked lamb and cut into small pieces of about 3 cm. (There is a big bone in it, let's cook it together)

Tips:

Lamb can be stewed with radish to reduce the taint.
