Stewed Lamb
1.
Prepare materials
2.
Soak the lamb in clean water for 1 hour, changing the water several times in between
3.
Clean the soaked lamb and cut into small pieces of about 3 cm. (There is a big bone in it, let's cook it together)
4.
Add cold water to the pot and blanch the lamb
5.
In the process of blanching, remove the foam
6.
Remove the blanched lamb and put it in the rice cooker. (You can use a pressure cooker or a saucepan)
7.
Re-add the right amount of boiling water
8.
Put in the spices. (Cut the green onion into sections, smash the ginger)
9.
Start the stew mode and simmer for about 2 hours. (The pressure cooker is enough for half an hour)
10.
Add salt and pepper to taste 5 minutes before cooking
Tips:
Lamb can be stewed with radish to reduce the taint.
