Stewed Lamb Brain with Gastrodia

Rinse gastrodia, round meat, wolfberry, codonopsis, and red dates and put them in the stewing pot.

Put the lamb brain and lean meat into the stew pot, add some cold water. Simmer for three hours.

Tips:
The stewed soup is very fresh and sweet. If you can’t buy sheep’s brains, you can use pig brains instead. Pig brains are also very brain-filling ingredients.
If you are afraid of fishy, you can add a few slices of ginger. I didn't add it. Generally, I don't add ginger to the stew.
Simmer the chopped green onion and coriander as you like.
