Cold Lamb Brain

Put the sheep's brain in clean water, and use a toothpick to break the blood vessels on the sheep's brain.

It is said on the Internet that the method of processing sheep brain is to peel off the meridian omentum on it. I have tried it, it is easy to break, and it is not done well, so I used this bloodletting method. The operation is simple, and the cooked goat brain has no fishy smell.
