This mutton soup is made for a ten-month-old son, so there are no condiments. If you drink it, you can add a little salt to the bowl. The taste is also very delicious!

Stewed Lamb Soup

1. First cut the prepared ingredients (red and white radish can be cut into hob pieces), and marinate the lamb with a little cooking wine for ten minutes to remove the fishy.

2. Boil the marinated mutton in a pot of boiling water to remove the froth, and remove the mutton for use

3. Put the blanched lamb and other ingredients into the saucepan, add the boiled water to submerge the ingredients

4. Cover and simmer for 4 hours

5. It was dark after four hours of stewing. Put a bowl of mutton soup, put a little salt, chopped green onions, chopped coriander, and a bowl of fragrant mutton soup. Soaking pancakes and making dough are both good choices!

Tips:

The mutton marinated in cooking wine does not have to worry about containing alcohol and cannot be eaten by children. The alcohol has basically evaporated when the mutton is boiled for the first time.
