Stewed Lemon with Rock Sugar

Add salt to the water and mix well, soak the lemon for 10 minutes, then scrub it off

Cut the washed lemon into thin slices

Put the cut lemon slices into the stewing pot, and put rock sugar on the noodles

Move the stewing pot to the saucepan, add appropriate amount of water and lid to the pot

After the water in the saucepan boils, change to medium and low heat and simmer for 4 hours. The color of the simmered lemon paddle becomes obvious amber.

Tips:
The lemon does not need to be peeled, and can be sliced after washing. The thinner the slice, the better.
