Stewed Partridge with Lemon Slices

Remove the head and tail of the partridge, remove the internal organs and peel, wash and set aside;

Cut lemon into pieces;
3.
Put the partridge and lemon slices into the stewing pot, put two candied dates, and put two bowls of water;
4.
Cover and stew in water for 2.5 hours;
5.
Simmer it, let it cool and enjoy it.
