Stewed Partridge with Lemon Slices

1. Remove the head and tail of the partridge, remove the internal organs and peel, wash and set aside;

2. Cut lemon into pieces;

3. Put the partridge and lemon slices into the stewing pot, put two candied dates, and put two bowls of water;
