Partridge Red Ginseng Soup

1. Partridge washed and cut into pieces

2. Boil in boiling water

3. Prepare red ginseng, red dates, ginger

4. Put it in the stewing pot together and simmer for about 2 hours

5. Stew well

6. Add a small amount of salt to taste.
