Stewed Pork Trotters

Soak the kidney beans in cold water for one night in advance

Soak the hoof flowers two hours in advance, and change the water 2 to 3 times in the middle

Put the soaked hoof flowers in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and boil on high heat

Tips:
1. Kidney beans must be soaked one night in advance to shorten the stewing time;
