Stewed Sea Cucumber with Chicken

Today I used Xixiaoxian instant sea cucumber and Beijing oil chicken drumsticks. Each of this sea cucumber is individually vacuum packed, which is very convenient.

The stomach was washed open, and washed again after thawing.

Cut the washed sea cucumber into strips.

Wash the chicken drumsticks and cut into pieces, blanch them with cold water to scald the foam. Remove and set aside.

Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the blanched chicken nuggets. Add ginger slices and a little angelica, add rice wine and cook for one hour.

Tips:
The oily chicken I used is more resistant to stewing, so I simmered it for an hour first, then added the sea cucumbers and continued to simmer for half an hour. If you use three yellow chicken, it can be stewed with sea cucumber.
