Stewed Snow Clams

Put a handful of snow clams into a large bowl full of water, and put three slices of ginger in the water to get rid of it. Once the soak is soft, you can pick out the meridian and other impurities inside. Soak for about 20 hours

I also soaked the peach gum and saponified rice. Although they don't need 20 hours, let's prepare them together. The water needs to be changed halfway. When changing the water, prepare a bowl with clean water, and then pick the peach gum and the saponaria rice, and no impurities.

First boil the water with three slices of ginger and five red dates, put the saponaria rice and peach gum, and then pour the snow clams. Cover the casserole and simmer for 20 minutes after opening

Too much can be canned in a small bottle, drink one cup at a time
