Stewed White Fungus with Grapes
1.
Tear the dried white fungus into small flowers after soaking, and put it in an electric pressure cooker for ten minutes.
2.
Pick the stalks after the grapes are washed.
3.
Put grapes and water into the pot, add rock sugar, and bring to a boil on high heat.
4.
Cook until the grapes swell.
5.
Add the cooked white fungus.
6.
Boil again and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. When you have time, the grapes can be peeled off.
2. I only used a quarter of the white fungus. I can usually cook more and put it in the refrigerator with various fruits to cook.
3. The pressure cooker is not necessary, but the white fungus should be cooked first, and then the grapes should be added.
