Sticky Bean Buns

Soak purple rice for 1-2 hours in advance

Put it in the rice cooker and steam it like usual steamed rice.

Prepare some kidney beans soaked in advance, and steam them too

Dried red dates chopped

Pour the steamed purple rice, red kidney beans, raisins, chopped red dates, sugar and glutinous rice flour into a large bowl and mix well, then add some whole kidney beans to increase the taste

Dip a little water on the gloves to prevent sticking, then take 60 grams and knead into a ball for later use

Prepare a bowl and pour 60 grams of glutinous rice flour and 20 grams of all-purpose flour

Prepare a bowl of water, put the bean buns in the water and roll it around, and then wrap a layer of glutinous rice flour

If you like thick skin, I suggest repeating this step several times, I probably repeated it four times

Dip a little water on the bottom layer to prevent dry powder, and put it on top of non-stick paper

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for ten minutes
