Stir-fried

Soak the oily gluten fully (heavy objects are pressed on it)

Soak black fungus and dried shiitake mushrooms.

Slice carrots, cut cabbage into cubes, and cut shiitake mushrooms into strips.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add cabbage, black fungus, shredded shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and oily gluten, and fry until broken.

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and chicken essence.

Water starch thickens, drizzle with sesame oil, and stir well.
