Stir-fried Bacon

Prepare the ingredients first

Wash the bacon and cook in a pot and cut into thin slices

Tips:
1. The thorn shoots are easy to grow old after being picked. I usually blanch them and store them in the refrigerator.
2. The thorn shoots grow in the mountains, with zero pollution and very clean. You can boil the water directly in the pot, chop it and squeeze the water after it is cool. It cannot be like washing cabbage, otherwise it will be horribly pierced. .
3. Boil the bacon for a while to get rid of some impurities and salt.
