Stir-fried Bacon with Garlic Heart

Soak the garlic hearts in water for 20 minutes, and soak the bacon in warm water.

Cut the garlic into sections and slice the bacon.

Heat the pan, add a little oil, and then put the bacon down to explode the oil.

After frying out the oil, pour in the garlic and stir fry.

Put a little water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the right amount of salt and a small amount of light soy sauce. Stir fry. Stir-fry with water to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Don't cook the garlic sprouts for too long, as the nutrition will be lost if you cook too badly.
