Snap beans are super delicious when cut into thin strips and they are easy to cook. The small stir-fries with rice and noodles are also super good. Eat more vegetables in hot weather~

Stir-fried Bean Curd Shreds with Sauce ~ A Home-cooked Dish that is More Delicious Than Meat

1. Prepare all the ingredients, and shred the wide beans.

2. Mince garlic and cut pepper into small pieces.

3. Put 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water to make the sauce.

4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic, add shredded beans, stir fry until the color changes.

5. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry, cover and simmer for 1 minute. This Maxim non-stick pan has a micro-pressing function, so it's basically fast.

6. Sprinkle peppers on it~

Tips:

1. Kidney beans must be fried, so add a little water.
2. Cover the pot and simmer, so that it will be easier to fry.
