Coriander and Watercress Wonton

Prepared ingredients.

Use a blender to stir the thigh meat into meat rice.

After the broad bean petals are blanched, cool the water.

Use a food processor to stir into bean paste.
5.
Cut coriander into froth.
6.
Add them all together, add some pepper, salt, and oil and stir in one direction.

Wrap it in wonton skins.
8.
Bring the water to a boil, add a little salt, add the wontons and cook them.

Add some seaweed, dried shrimp skin, and stock if you cook it.
Tips:
1. The meat rice should be selected with a little fat, it is too fine to eat.
2. The wrapped wontons can be lined up and frozen in the refrigerator, and then put in a fresh-keeping bag when they are completely frozen.
3. Boil wontons, dumplings, noodles and boiled noodles with a little salt in boiling water.
