Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Chiba Tofu in Tempeh

Prepare raw materials;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic cloves and spicy tempeh sauce and stir fry;

Stir-fry the red oil and add Chiba tofu shreds into it and stir-fry;

Stir fry a few times and then add bean sprouts and stir fry;

Stir-fry until the bean sprouts are just broken, add a little salt to taste, stir-fry evenly, put it on the plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Serve it.
Tips:
1. Spicy fermented black bean sauce contains salt, so pay attention to the amount of salt added; 2. The bean sprouts should not be fried for too long, just cut off to keep the bean sprouts crispy taste.
