Stir-fried Beef Tendon Balls with Carrots and Red Peppers
1.
Cut beef tendon balls in half. (Large cut into 4 slices)
2.
Peel the carrots and slice them with an oblique knife. (Carrots are relatively small, I used 3 carrots)
3.
Remove the seeds and cut the red pepper into small pieces.
4.
Slice ginger and garlic, chopped green onion.
5.
Heat the pan, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
6.
Add carrots and fry until soft.
7.
Stir-fry beef tendon balls and red pepper.
8.
Stir-fry with soy sauce and sugar. (Beef tendon balls are already flavored, just add a little soy sauce and sugar.)
9.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well.
10.
Simple and delicious.
