Stir-fried Beef with Black Pepper and Ginger

Shred the raw beef and ginger, pat the garlic and set aside

Mix the cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger, black pepper, salt, and sugar in proportions and marinate for about 10 minutes

Heat the pot, add garlic and saute, pour in the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked, collect the juice, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve.
