Stir-fried Cabbage Meatballs

Shredded cabbage

Soak the mushrooms one hour in advance

Stir-fry the cabbage in a hot pan with cold oil

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces and put them in the pot
5.
Put the meatballs, add some salt, and cook for a while
6.
After the meatballs are cooked, add garlic and stir-fry for a while before they are out of the pot.
Tips:
It’s better to soak shiitake mushrooms in cold water
