Stir-fried Cabbage Seedlings with Pork Belly

Wash the choy sum noodles, pinch them shorter, and remove the old skin.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the sliced pork belly to low heat and stir to get the oil.

Add garlic.

Remove the meat slices.
5.
Change to high heat, add the choy sum and stir fry for three minutes.
6.
Put salt, add the meat slices, and stir well. Stir-fry for half a minute.
7.
Out of the pot.
