Claypot Rice
1.
Serving for 4 people ~ two sausages and half a sauced meat. Scald in water for three minutes and slice for later use.
2.
Half a cup of fragrant rice per pot, with a water ratio of 1:1, soak for 1 hour. Put a little salt and oil.
3.
The rapeseed is boiled down and cut off for use.
4.
Because the rice has been soaked for a long time, after the high heat is boiled, it turns into a medium-to-small fire. The rice is probably cooked until there is no obvious water on the surface, and the rice foams and immediately put in the cut sauce and sausage.
5.
After adding the ingredients, reduce the heat to a simmer for 5 minutes, and then drizzle the seasoning. The seasoning is mixed with fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, steamed fish tempeh and water into a half bowl, and each pot is poured with two shallow spoons.
6.
After 5 minutes of low heat, beat in the eggs, turn off the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the broken rape. Stir and eat.
