Stir-fried Cabbage with Fresh Yuba

Wash the cabbage seedlings.

Boil the fresh yuba with boiling water to remove the beany smell.
3.
Cut the fresh yuba into small pieces.
4.
Peel and mince garlic.
5.
Heat up the frying pan and sauté the garlic until slightly yellow.
6.
Add cabbage seedlings and fry until soft.
7.
Add fresh yuba and stir well.
8.
Add oyster sauce, sugar and salt, stir-fry, simmer for 2 minutes.
