Stir-fried Hor Fun with Green Vegetables and Shrimp

Wash the cabbage seedlings.

Marinate the shrimps with cooking wine and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Chop green onions and mince garlic.

Put a little oil in the pot and fry the young cabbage seedlings.

After sautéing, add salt and stir well, set aside.

Put oil in a nonstick pan, fry the shrimps until 7-8 minutes cooked, set aside.

Use the remaining oil in the pot to saute the minced garlic.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar.
