Stir-fried Cauliflower with Cloud Ears

After washing the cauliflower, cut into small flowers and soak in salt water for 10 minutes.

Soak cloud ears, wash, and tear into small pieces.

Start the pan, sauté the star anise, cinnamon, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Pour the cauliflower into the pot and start to stir-fry slowly over medium heat. This process is a bit longer, so be patient.

When the cauliflower is slightly browned on the surface, add cloud ears and continue to fry until ripe.

Add the right amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Stir-fry quickly over high heat and serve.
Tips:
1. Put some star anise and cinnamon to enhance the fragrance and effectively remove the green smell in the cauliflower.
2. When stir-frying cauliflower, you can stir-fry on medium heat. I like to fry the cauliflower until the cauliflower is slightly browned. This tastes the most delicious.
3. If you like spicy food, you can also put two dried chilies in it. The taste is slightly irritating and more delicious.
