Seasonal Stir-fried Vegetables

Soak the cloud ears in warm water, wash the broccoli and cut into small flowers, choose more clappers for the cabbage, peel the carrots, and wash the red peppers.

Tear the cloud ears into slices directly by hand, cut the carrot and red pepper into oblique blades, separate the cabbage leaves and the clappers, cut the clappers into oblique slices, and cut the garlic and ginger into small slices.

Tips:
