Stir-fried Cauliflower with Perilla

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.

Shred the basil.

Pour the oil into the pan and saute the garlic, then pour the perilla and fry it to create a fragrance.

Pour the cauliflower and stir fry together.

Then pour in water, add salt and sugar condiments, cover the pot and simmer for about ten minutes. When the cauliflower is soft, put a little chicken essence and sesame oil, add a cornstarch to serve.
