Stir-fried Chicken Liver with Green Onions to Replenish Qi and Blood

Wash the chicken liver, cut into pieces, and blanch in a pan under cold water.

To the extent that the blanching water is cooked, fish out.

Stir-fry the green onions and garlic cloves with cooking wine and light soy sauce.
4.
Stir-fry the chicken liver, add salt and dark soy sauce to make it out of the pot.
Tips:
The blood water of the chicken liver is almost gone.
