Stir-fried Cold Potato with Chopped Pepper and Shredded Pork

Preparation of all kinds of raw materials.

Shred the lean meat, add cooking wine, starch, a little light soy sauce, and marinate for 5 minutes; mince the chives.

Shred cold potatoes, carrots, and ginger.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and add shredded pork when it is 50% hot.

Tips:
1: Don't cut the cold potato too thick, thinner, easy to be cooked, and the taste is crisp.
2: You can't eat spicy food, you don't need to chop chili.
