Stir-fried Crab with Ginger and Green Onion
1.
Two flower crabs.
2.
Treat the crab (pry it from the belly button with a chopstick, clean it up, remove the triangle inside, then divide it into two, pull out the tongs, pat a few times with a knife, easy to eat and better taste).
3.
Prepare sliced ginger, garlic and shallots.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices, garlic diced, and green onion to fragrant.
5.
Then pour the crab meat into stir fry.
6.
Pour a few drops of rice wine.
7.
Add a small amount of water and simmer for about 5 minutes.
8.
Open the lid and add the remaining green onions.
9.
Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce and mix well to turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. Be careful when handling crabs to avoid scratches.
2. Crabs must be cooked until they are fully cooked before they can be eaten.
