Stir-fried Double Wire

Wash and peel the mustard bumps.

Rub into silk and set aside.

(Southern) 1 carrot.

Also rub it into silk (like the beautiful color of pumpkin and carrot).

Prepare the double wire, minced ginger, and minced garlic.

Add oil to the pot to heat up and add the minced ginger.

Pour the mustard lumps and stir evenly, add the cooking wine, and then add the carrot shreds and stir evenly.

Add soy sauce, salt, and minced garlic quickly and stir-fry evenly.

Put the fruit vinegar and chicken essence in the pan and stir-fry evenly.

The finished product of stir-fried double silk is served on the pan. It is both good-looking and delicious (some people may not like it and the taste of mustard lumps), but I feel very delicious.
