Stir-fried Flower Crab with Asparagus Tip

Ingredients: flower crab (cleaned), asparagus tips, ginger slices

Wash the asparagus tips.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Cut the cleaned flower crab in half with the shell and gills removed, and set aside.

Then, lower the tip of the asparagus into a pot of clean water, blanch it, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Next, put in the packed crabs and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Stir fry until cooked.
