Stir-fried Flower Crab with Black Fungus and Cucumber

Ingredients: flower crab (washed), cucumber (washed and sliced), black fungus (washed and washed), shredded ginger

Remove the crab shells and gills and cut them in half with scissors, and set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, then add the ginger simmering pot.

Afterwards, put in the cleaned crab and black fungus, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.
