Stir-fried Fungus with Yam

Soak the fungus in warm water,

Clean the green and red peppers and cut into pieces,

Tips:
1. The black fungus should be soaked with warm water. Although the time will be slower, the black fungus will be the largest and the taste is best.
2. After peeling the yam, there will be mucus, which will be very special when you get it on your hands or body, so you must wear gloves to handle it.
