Stir-fried Garlic with Red Sausage

First process the ingredients, pinch off the tail of the garlic moss, wash and cut into 4 to 5 cm sections; slice the red sausage for later use.

Heat the wok and pour in the cooking oil, add the red sausage and sliced ginger to stir fry the oil.

Stir fry until the red sausage changes color, add garlic moss and stir fry.

After stirring evenly, add salt to taste.

Stir-fry until the garlic moss is broken, add the vinegar and stir well, then it can be served.
