Stir-fried Green Eggplant

Wash the eggplant, slice and drain for later use.

Pour oil in a hot pan, add ginger and garlic sprouts when it is 60% hot and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the eggplant and stir fry.
4.
Stir-fry the eggplant until soft, add a small amount of hot sauce, salt, and five-spice powder.
5.
Although simple, it is still delicious.
