Homemade Steamed Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, wash the vegetables, cut the beans into sections, and cut the eggplant into large pieces. Don’t cut too small, or you won’t find the vegetables after steaming.

Cut tomato into pieces, cut onion and green pepper into sections, slice ginger, and smash garlic

Start the frying pan, add more oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant, add eggplant and beans, stir fry a few times, add salt

Add thirteen incense, stir well, add tomatoes, stir fry soy sauce

Add half a bowl of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and spread the noodles evenly on the vegetables (do not put too much water, just submerge a small portion of the vegetables)

Cover and simmer over medium heat. When the water is almost consumed, the pan will make a whistling sound. Open the cover, use chopsticks to stir the noodles and vegetables evenly, add the chicken essence and mix again.
