Grey tofu fruit, known as "ginseng fruit", is also called "fairy fruit". Produced in the hometown of Yinshan in China-Daozhen Gelao and Miao Autonomous County, it is a special flavor food passed down from generation to generation by the Daozhen Gelao people. Using high-quality soybeans as raw materials, the traditional stone milling process, supplemented by high-quality pollution-free plant ash, is finely processed. Stir-fried ash tofu is actually very simple. As with other dishes, I used red pepper to fry ash tofu in order to look better. Technology needs to be improved. "
