Chilled Grey Tofu Fruit

Dried gray tofu fruit, about 2

Seal and soak in rice soup or rice water or 30 degrees Celsius warm water for about 1-2 hours (until softened)

Just wash the ash with clean water
4.
Cut the washed gray tofu into silk or slices and set aside
5.
Boil the cut gray tofu shreds or small pieces with boiling water, then let it cool in cold water
6.
One cucumber, clean and cut into shreds
7.
Put the blanched gray tofu shreds and cucumber shreds into a bowl, add the seasonings and it's ok
Tips:
You can add or reduce seasonings according to your taste, or add other dishes.
