Stir-fried Grey Tofu with Red Pepper

Dried gray tofu fruit, about 5

Seal and soak in rice soup or rice water or 30 degrees Celsius warm water for about 1-2 hours (until softened)

Just wash the ash with clean water

Cut the washed gray tofu into silk or small pieces, set aside
5.
One red pepper, shredded and set aside
6.
Heat up the pot, add rapeseed oil, cook about 80 degrees Celsius, add ginger and garlic, sauté fragrant, then add grey tofu shreds and red pepper, stir fry a few times.
