Stir-fried Hor Fun with Mung Bean Sprouts

One pack of pho, scattered and set aside.

Peel and mince garlic.
3.
Wash the mung bean sprouts, fry in a hot oil pan until they are broken, and set aside.

Beat the eggs and fry them in a non-stick pan.
5.
Shred and set aside.

Use the remaining oil of the fried egg to fry the shrimps for later use.

Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.
8.
Add pho and stir fry.
9.
Add the sprouts, shrimps, and egg skins and stir-fry.
10.
Add oyster sauce, dry fry soy sauce emperor and sugar and stir well. It is faster to assist with chopsticks.

Add chopped green onion and stir well.
