Stir-fried Hor Fun with Walnuts in Brine

Shake the fresh hor fun, chop coriander and walnuts, and mix with seasonings

Heat a small pot, add walnuts and sauté until fragrant, turn off the heat

Tips:
Since the walnut kernels have been salted, the seasoning water and salt of the fried pho should be used less, so as not to be too salty.
