Stir-fried Instant Noodles with Whitebait, Seaweed and Carrot

Ingredients: 70g boiled instant noodles, 5g mintai roe roasted seaweed, 5g dried whitebait, 55g carrot, 1 green onion, appropriate amount of ginger and garlic, 10ml roasted sesame salad dressing, appropriate amount of cooking oil

Clean the whitebait, soak it in clean water until the hair rises, remove it, and set aside.

Tips:
To cook instant noodles, you can use regular noodles instead.
Dried whitebait can be replaced with dried shrimp skin or sea rice, or not.
Roasted sesame salad dressing can be replaced with other flavors of salad dressing.
