Stir-fried Instant Noodles with Whitebait, Seaweed and Carrot

Ingredients: 70g boiled instant noodles, 5g mintai roe roasted seaweed, 5g dried whitebait, 55g carrot, 1 green onion, appropriate amount of ginger and garlic, 10ml roasted sesame salad dressing, appropriate amount of edible oil.

Clean the whitebait, soak it in clean water until the hair rises, remove it, and set aside.

Wash the carrots and grind them into filaments with a grater.

Wash the ginger and garlic, pat and chop finely.

Wash the green onions, cut into finger-long filaments, and set aside.

Put the wok on the fire, add some cooking oil to the high heat.

When the oil is warm, add the minced ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour in shredded carrots and stir-fry until they are broken,

Add the dried whitebait and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the boiled instant noodles, disperse quickly, and stir-fry evenly.

Add the shredded green onion and stir-fry quickly evenly.

Finally put in the seaweed,

Stir quickly evenly and turn off the heat.

Take out the pan and serve.

Squeeze the roasted sesame salad dressing on the surface.
Tips:
To cook instant noodles, you can use regular noodles instead.
Dried whitebait can be replaced with dried shrimp skin or sea rice, or not.
Roasted sesame salad dressing can be replaced with other flavors of salad dressing.
