Stir-fried King Crab
1.
Most king crabs bought from the supermarket are cooked and frozen. The first step is to immerse the crabs in water to thaw, so as to keep the crab meat to the greatest extent possible. The time required for thawing depends on the room temperature. Don’t defrost it in a microwave oven.
2.
After thawing, cut off the crab legs, (crab legs can be ordered for cooking), and cut the crab body into pieces
3.
Cut green onion into pieces, cut ginger into pieces
4.
Heat oil in a pot, sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant
5.
Pour in the king crab body and stir-fry for half a minute, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce, and continue to stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes
6.
